At Solace Health Network we understand that living with a chronic and debilitating ailment may not only affect the patient’s health but can also have a tremendous impact on their family, social life, and ability to work.
EVIDENCE HAS SHOWN THAT CANNABINOID THERAPIES MAY ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT OF MANY AILMENTS, INCLUDING:
- Spastic Disorders
- Chronic Pain
- Nausea / Vomiting
- Ulcerative Colitis
- Chrohn's Disease
- Pediatric Epilepsy
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorders
There are two ways to get started:
Regardless of how you start the process, the next steps are the same.
Once we have received your doctor’s referral and intake form, we will contact you to schedule an appointment at one of our physical locations or online in the convenience of your home.
Our knowledgeable healthcare practitioners will assess your condition(s) and develop a treatment plan tailored to your symptoms if medical cannabis is authorized.
Once authorized, our nurse educators will provide education on the responsible use of medical cannabis and guide you through product and strain selection, titration, and registration with one or more Licensed Producers.
Follow-up appointments are critical to our patient care strategy. They help track how you are doing and monitor the right solutions for you. These are routinely conducted every three months depending on the patient.
We navigate patients through medical cannabis consultations and education at no charge.
Appointments can be scheduled at one of our clinics or online for eligible patients across Canada.
We provide condition specific treatment plans based on research and clinical practice evidence.
We assist with medical cannabis coverage and reimbursement with insurance and third party companies.
